   I am not a doctor or medical expert, but I do know, Stress does crazy things to your mind and body. From my personal experience, giving attention to staying healthy through proper diet and daily exercise can prevent disease and illness, or help you recover from it more quickly.

Keep it simple, and do what works for you, but give your body the time and care that it deserves, so you can be strong and healthy enough to take care of the people you love.

To ensure great health, I think you need a combination of conventional and alternative practices. Illness is not cured with one pill. Stress is not relieved with one massage, and health cannot be restored without looking at the big picture.

      Here are 17 tips which can help you improve overall health 

          1. Get sleep


Doctors and various researches have suggested atleast 8 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep can affect physical and mental performance.

2. Drink water

Our body consists of more than 60% of water and drinking water has numerous benefits keeping digestive system, circulatory and other system of our body work properly.

3. Avoid drink with sugar calories

Sugary drinks are good to taste but bad for health. Sugary drinks may lead to diabetes, obesity, heart disease and other health problems. Among the most fattening items you can put into your body. Certain fruit juices are also as bad as sugary drinks.

4. Eat nuts

Nuts are not only nutritious but healthy also, despite being high in fat. It is has magnesium, vitamin E, fiber, and various other nutrients.

5. Avoid junk food

Junk food is usually with low fiber, protein and micronutrient and is incredibly unhealthy. It has high unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined grains.

6. Have Coffee

Coffee is very healthy and high in antioxidants. Some of the studies have even revealed that coffee intake lead to reduced risk in diabetes and numerous other illnesses.

7. Take vitamin D

Most of the people don’t get sufficient sun exposure, vitamin D act as supplements and good alternative. It improves boane health, increase strength, lower risk of cancer and reduces the symptom of depression.

Diet and exercise can wait, if you smoke or have drugs, tackle those problems first. If you drink alchol , do so in moderation and consider avoiding it completely if you tend to drink too much.

Instead of going on diet we should adopt healthier lifestyle. One should focus on nourishing the body instead of depriving it. For short term it is effective, but if you see bigger picture it is not beneficial.

12. Eat eggs

 “Nature’s multivitamin.” Is termed used for egg. It is one of the planets, most nutritious food.

13. Workout Cardio

Doing aerobic exercise, also called Cardio, is one of the best things you can do for your mental and physical health.

14. Stay close of friends and family

Mental well-being is also as important as physical health. It has been proven that people with great mental health and close to family and friends have much longer life and healthier.

15. Take care of probiotics and fiber

Good ways to improve gut health is by taking probiotic supplement- eating of probiotic foods like yogurt and sauerkraut and eating plenty of fiber.
